Vlad brings over two decades of experience at the intersection of business, leadership, and inner transformation. With a 10-year background in corporate world working in a global group of companies Sirap Gema (Italy), followed by 8 years in a fast-growing tech startup Uphance, he’s no stranger to high-stakes decision-making, team dynamics, and the pressures of scale.

His transition into purpose-driven leadership led him to spend the past 2 years guiding nonprofit initiatives most notably as Head of the Mental Health Project at OneUkraine, where he developed programs for psychological resilience in times of crisis.

Throughout this arc, Vlad has collaborated with some of the most respected minds in the mental health and leadership space, including Esther Perel, Rick Doblin, and Dr. James Gordon. He has also trained with leading psychedelic researchers featured in How to Change Your Mind, deepening his capacity to hold complex, transformational spaces for leaders and teams.

He co-founded Compassion Retreat in Tulum, where he curates immersive experiences that blend somatic work, strategic alignment, and altered states for expanded insight. His approach is deeply holistic working across body, mind, and consciousness to support authentic, integrated leadership.

She’s guided over 1,500 people through breathwork and led dozens of strategic sessions for teams and founders navigating growth, tension, and reinvention. Her method blends systems thinking, vertical leadership, and applied neurophysiology — so insights aren’t just understood, but felt.
As co-author of Breathe with Stanford, she worked alongside a Stanford PhD professor to turn academic research on breath, focus, and regulation into grounded, transformative practice.
